Founded in 1852, California University of Pennsylvania (Cal U) is located about 35 miles from Pittsburgh, in southwestern Pennsylvania, USA. Cal U’s modern, riverside campus has been recognized for sustainability, and the university’s 8,200 students enjoy a vibrant college experience.

Cal U is dedicated to excellence in science and technology, teacher education, professional studies and liberal arts.
